Classic Chicken Take Out Burger with not-so-secret special sauce

Ingredients:
For the burgers:
4 Tegel Take Outs Louisiana Chicken Burgers
4 brioche burger buns
½ cup crinkle cut gherkins
2 cups slaw
4 slices cheese
For the special sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp gherkin juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp grated white onion
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp salt
Method:
Place all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Cook the Louisiana Burgers as per packet instructions.
Lightly butter the buns and toast until lightly golden.
To assemble, spread a spoonful of sauce on the bottom of each bun, top with the Louisiana Burger, a slice of cheese, a handful of slaw and a few pickles. Spread the remaining sauce on the top of the buns and place on top. Serve immediately.
